Eligibility

Any individual who has difficulties managing their daily living activities is eligible for enrollment. Typically, adult day health care focuses on the elderly, but anyone over the age of 18 is eligible for the day healthcare services. For those individuals who do not require some level of medical assistance would still require supervision and structured activities, we also offer a full range of adult day services.
